Digital Products (Ebooks, Prompt Packs, Music Downloads) All digital products are delivered instantly via email and your order confirmation page immediately after purchase. No shipping is required. You will receive a download link to access your files right away.
If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@vincentgashatsi.com and we'll resend it promptly.
Physical Items (e.g., Hoodies) Physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that print-on-demand products may take an additional 3–4 days to fulfill before shipping.
Shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your physical order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@vincentgashatsi.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
