Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Physical Items (e.g., Hoodies) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@vincentgashatsi.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Digital Products (Ebooks, Prompt Packs, Music Downloads) Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download has been delivered. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on digital items.

However, if you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file or failed delivery — contact us at support@vincentgashatsi.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resend your file or issue store credit.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items, digital products, or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Your item must be in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required. Note: this applies to physical items only, as digital products are exempt under EU digital content rules once download has begun.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
